Job: Startup Intern, Strategy & Growth

What we do

We build and scale Dattivox, an AI voice assistant used by businesses and public institutions to automate calls, appointments, and recurring requests. Our focus is on growing Dattivox through B2B and B2G go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and sales execution, from market positioning to concrete deployments. You will be working directly on the strategic and commercial levers that drive adoption.

Who you are

  • Student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related business field
  • Looking to build something alongside your studies and to gain hands-on experience beyond academic coursework
  • Native French or Dutch speaker, with fluent professional English
  • Available to work part-time or full-time in the office in Brussels
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and early-stage business development
  • Team-player mindset and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel (tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
  • First exposure to sales, business development, or client interaction (B2B and or B2G) is a plus, but not required

Flexible collaboration

This role is flexible by design. It can be full-time or part-time and can be combined with academic courses or other commitments. We care more about impact and alignment than about a fixed format.

You will support strategic research, business exploration, and growth initiatives. This can include market analysis, preparing decision material, supporting outreach, and helping shape how ideas turn into concrete actions. The exact scope evolves with your strengths and initiative.
